Before joining Penn State, Naseh taught English and worked as a teacher educator in Iran for 12 years. Naseh's interests primarily lie in second language learners' identity construction both in foreign and second language contexts as well as teacher education. In addition, he is intrigued by postmodernist conceptions of subjectivity and gender studies.
