Jung In is a Ph.D. student in Applied Linguistics at Pennsylvania State University. She holds an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from Portland State University, where she conducted a prosodic analysis of wh-indeterminate questions in L2 Korean to explore the influence of learners' L1 on their use of ambiguous wh-questions and yes-no questions. Jung In has experience teaching EFL to secondary students in South Korea and adult ESL to immigrants in the United States. Her primary research interests include L2 Pragmatics and Phonology, with additional focus on Multilingualism, Decoloniality, and Southern Epistemology.
